In these times of Architectural excesses it is always, the simple pared down minimalism that speaks refined elegance. The Apartment design's emphasis is on functional utility, optimal spaces, without comprising on any of the conveniences of a home. Having just two apartments per floor allows all living spaces to have direct windows, with windows positioned so as to facilitate free flow of air throughout the unit. The living, dining opens out into large decks and an accessible sunshade wraps around the flat for accessibility and ease of maintenance. The larger Bedrooms have effective cross ventilation, space for a king sized bed, ample storage of 12 - 8 ' length ( built in wardrobes ) and a very comfortable study space within.The kitchen is well laid out and spacious with provisions for all the appliances that go into a modern kitchen. A small breakfast area is handy to grab a meal on the run.
